Unlike any other wave energy system in the world, it is designed to be deployed

 

a) In a continuous, mobile series thereby avoiding the duplication of such equipment as hydraulic motors, gear motors, generators for each individual unit or any need of massive anchoring or fixed stationary seabed mounted devices.

b)  Parallel to the coastline thereby harnessing the energy of the wave along its entire breadth rather than just a small cross section.

c) Just beyond the breaker zone where the waves “stack up” and the wave length (distance from crest to crest) shortens due to the contour of the bottom thus enabling the smallest possible units to harness the wave energy when it is most concentrated and most accessible to existing power grids.
